How To Cerebral Pal Condition ?

my son is 12 and has cerebral pal. I have tried several home remedies such as sea salt lemon and warm water apple juicesy he has been severely constipated . he has been holding his poop and making yourself not poop and now he has cramps um and vomiting. the bomb it was clear like the water I was making him drink and then also it was yellow mucus and brown streaks of mucus stuff in it. I have tried several home remedies to attempt to make him poop including acupuncture with no success. he is complaining of abdominal and chest pain and keeps coughing perfusely and then eventually vomited the yellow and brown substance. I am concerned that this might be a life-threatening situation due to the fact that this is on going and I just became aware of the fact that he has been doing this for quite some time. do I take him into the ER or can I just sit and wait for these home remedies to take effect?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It appears that your son is very ill.
Yes, I advise you to take him to the ER because the home remedies you are using are not likely to work.
He most likely has a case of fecal impaction - hard stool which clogs his rectum and will not come out unless removed mechanically.
This clogged up stool makes him vomit and he will not be able to eat or drink.
In the future give your son - polyethylene glycol powder ( one of the brand names is Miralax) - can find it in Walmart - mix the powder in a cup of water or juice and have him drink enough cups to keep his bowels moving regularly.
Wishing your son speedy return to health.
