Hi
Your pregnancy has been normal so far without any complaints. The baby's heart beat at 10 weeks also has been normal. In this positive scenario you have more than 90 % chance that your baby will be fine in the womb. I don't find any reason for worry now. So stop worrying and enjoy the pregnancy.
If at all things go wrong you may experience spotting or bleeding per vagina. You may also experience cramps in the lower abdomen. Occasionally no such symptoms will be there.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
