Hi my name is Beverly, I think I have KP on my thighs (never been diagnosed, but I have the symptoms) I have the dotted skin and now its flared up with red bumps and/or blackheads. What can I use over the counter to clear this up. I was reading about milk baths

It may be ecchymosis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply thrombophob ointment on the patches. Take vitamin C and vitamin K in high doses daily. The botches might vanish in few weeks. Avoid rubbing and trauma.
