hi i have been trying to get pregnant for awhile now but i dont know why i havent yet is there anything that i can do?

hii mam,
First of all,you have to do sexual intercourse in a regular basis during ovulation time and it can be calculated from your menstrual history.Commonly it is around 14 days before next period starts if cycle is regular.
**Do intercourse in missionary position ie.woman under the man and in this deep penetration can occur.
**Avoid any means of contraception.
**Maintain your weight and healthy diet.
**Relax during sexual intercourse and enjoy it
If you want for an issue seriously,then you have to do unprotected sexual intercourse on regular basis on correct timing for a period of 1yr.
If it is faiure,then go for investigation of Primary Infertilty...and firstly do your husband semen analysis.
All have to do under a gynaecologist consultant.
