Presence of a single ovarian cyst will not cause any problem with ovulation or conceiving. However, given your medication history, the possibility of Polycystic ovary is high, which can cause problems with ovulation. Please continue with the medications as prescribed. Also, exercise regularly and maintain healthy weight. With appropriate management, the possibility of conception is high.
