How To Confirm HIV Infection?

i had unprotected sex wit a man with unknown hiv status..exactly after 90 days i did Elisa blood test. It came non-reactive...I m scared...i dont believe..can elisa test give false negative result?and do i need to do retest after 3 more months?If i m not hiv positive..then why my lymph nodes are swollen and had acute ARS symptoms?

elisa may not be positive in this much early period. you need to go for P24 antigen test. this is the most earliest confirmative test to detect hiv. this will solve all of your problem.thnx health care magic.
