Following medical abortion, pregnancy test may give FALSE positive result for 4 to 6 weeks until it comes down to normal level.
I suggest you to undergo one ultrasound scan to check for retained bits if any. If abortion process is completed (on ultrasound scan), then you don't need to worry much. Otherwise, you may require D & C to evacuate uterus completely.
In that case, you must consult with your gynecologist. Good luck.
