How To Confirm If The Pregnancy Termination Is Complete?

Hi my last period was 24 Jan and then no period in Feb I took deviry tablets for 5 days but still not getting period on 12 March I did Dettol pregnancy test it is positive then I started home remedies to terminate the pregnancy also I had heavy dose of aspirin tablets on 13 th March I was started spotting first I pass 1 clot dark red ten I bleed when I was wipe there is reddish brown mark on teisue on 14 I repeat the dose then in the night I started heavy bleeding with clots till 5 day after that bleeding stop on 7 th day still I feel like nausea please help me whether I still pregnant or it s weakness my dettol test is still same
