How To Confirm If The Process Of Abortion Is Complete?

Sir my wife had taken MT Pill .she got MC after 2 days the MC was continues for one and half week .first initialy she got 3-4 big blood clots and continues blooding.when we check from pregnancy card then it was showing positive . after few days(after 3weeks) she again got MC .now sir tell me is it will be abort clearly or not and what we should done plz give me advise

1. The history suggest possibility of incomplete abortion.
2.As you have asked what is the procedure - after taking medication for the termination of pregnancy, monitor for the passage of foetal parts / clots.
3.After a week when - you should have a check ultrasound scan.
4.The ultrasound scan will clarify complete abortion - in case of incomplete abortion RPOC - retained products of conception will be seen.
5.So i would recommend you to have a ultrasound scan to find out the possible causes.
6.After abortion irregular periods can be expected - hormonal causes.
