How To Confirm Pregnancy? How To Achieve Medical Termination?

Halo doctor!!!
I am 22 yrs old. wt 65kg. I've periods pblm. Last month 3rd periods came. I'd sex with my boy friend on 26th. til now periods didnt come so i think am pregnant. how do i cofirm my pregnancy and if it is confirmed how do i abort without medicine?

Hello and welcome,

I understand your issue.

A pregnancy can be confirmed by a urine test 7 days after the missed period or by a blood test just around the missed period.
About abortion without a medicine:

There are only two ways to abort a pregnancy.
1. Use of drugs like mifepristone and misoprostol that can be taken only after a doctors prescription.
2. Surgical abortion by a procedure called dilatation and curettage.

So you will need to see a doctor if the pregnancy test is positive.
