If she has history of regular cycle,and now she happes to cross her dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
As you are describing that there are 2 lines seen, it indicates positive pregnancy test.
in case of any doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
