How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I am now 4 days late. I took a test the day after I was due to start my period but it came back negative. I have slight cramping off and on, it feels like my stomach is hard at times and I have pain in my lower back. I haven t felt nauseated and my appetite is fine. I have noticed the trips to the bathroom has increased. My periods always come the same time every month. I had the same thing happen to me a couple years ago, only my test came back positive (4 of them) but I never was pregnant (although I didn t have a period for almost 3 months). Am I pregnant or is there something else that may cause this to have checked out?

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic.Well if you are pregnant it can take up to 4 days after missed for urine pregnancy test to become positive Your symptoms might be of pregnancy or just a premenstrual symptoms,I will suggest you to repeat urine pregnancy test after 2 days with first morning urine .Well as there is very less chances of this urine pregnancy test of false positive ,if its positive then 99 percent chances that your pregnantIf you have any other queries/question please feel free to ask.
