How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Dear Doctor,
My name is Samar
i took a choriomon injection on 29 June and the period did not come(my LMP was on 18 June) i took the blood pregnancy test and it came out positive and the (HCG level was 1.666 mlU/ml) the Dr. told us that I am in the forth week and we did the ultrasound and we did not see any thing so i am afraid that the positive result might be from the effect of the choriomon injection

If ultrasound has not revealed baby in the uterus, it means it is not there. The other possibility of baby implanted outside the uterus, like in tubes has to be rules out.
In urine pregnancy test, the levels of a hormone called as hCG are detected. Injection choriomon is hCG, hence even though you are not pregnant, the tests may show as positive.
Most possible, it appears from your ultrasonography report that you are not pregnant.
Your Gynaecologist me give you some medicines to induce the menses.
