hi i dont know if iam pregnant but i have signs of pregnancy my period should be in about 3 days but i have cramps and at the bottom of my belly button is really hard i often feel sick but dont be sick i always have head acks and back pains my breast nipples are slightly darker then usual and i have terrible mood swings could i be pregnant ?

Hi. Thanks for the query. Your symptoms do not suggest pregnancy as such. Just wait for your periods and in case you do not get it in time then get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy. Its a simple test you can do it yourself at home. The symptoms you have mentioned are mainly due to the harmonal changes which is normal. Just relax. Hope I have answered your query
