How To Confirm Pregnancy?

hi. i had sex on 11th oct. i have PCOD and irregular periods. i took deviry 10 mg and had period on 1st nov. i have not had a period after that. it has been 3 months. is there any way i could be pregnant? i do not have any preganancy symptoms i.e., nausea, feeling dizzy etc. should i do a pregnancy test or take deviry again or just wait for my period?

The pregnancy symptoms are not always present in all patients.
It would be always safe to do a pregnancy test. If negative then please take deviry go induce a period.
