How To Confirm Pregnancy?

i had my failed IVF in jan..after that within three days i got my periods..thats on jan 8th..but in feb till nw i didnt get my periods..jan 18th we did pregnency test at home..but it was negative..wht should i do? should i wait? is thr any chance of pregnency?
