How To Confirm Pregnancy?
The first day of my last period was april27 and it was 3 days late and only lasted two days which is not normal for me normally 5-7 but for today's I have been very nauseated puking at times belly feels very tight and I get period like cramps could I be pregnant?

The symptoms you have simulate early pregnancy. You can get immediate confirmation by blood pregnancy test done in laboratory. Home pregnancy test can be done after 8 days delay in period.
