hI iam 30yrs and trying to conceive from last 5 mths i got my periods on 6th August and usually has 25 days cycle i i am very anxious and want to know wether i have conceived this month a not what is the right time & how early can i detect my pregency

You can get a serum beta hCG test done, the earliest being 8 days post last intercourse after your ovulation period. If the hCG levels are more than 5mIU then you have surely conceived.
