Hi,
Menstrual cycles with the length of 21 to 35 days can be considered as normal only. Minor fluctuations in the menstrual cycles can be seen due to many causes. Psychological factors like stress and strain changes in the habits of diet, sleep, exercise, etc. general conditions like anemia, thyroid hormone disorders, etc. all this can affect the menstrual cycles by leading to reproductive
hormonal imbalance.
During premenstrual period headache,
dizziness, premenstrual spotting, etc. symptoms can be seen due to the drop in the reproductive hormone levels. As your urine
pregnancy test kit gave negative result and as now you got normal menstrual flow, the possibility of pregnancy is less. If you want to be completely sure, please go for a
blood test for pregnancy. If the
serum beta hCG levels are less than 5 mIU/mL in the blood test that rules out the possibility of pregnancy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
