How To Confirm Pregnancy?

...pregnant?
My last period was on 8/12/2012. about two weeks ago I had a head ache that wouldn't go away and lasted about a week and I half and it seemed as if everything annoyed me. for the pass week and a half I have had this ticking sensation in my stomach but it usually happens at night when I'm laying on my back. I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago between afternoon and the evening time but it was negative. I have been a little stressed. I just want to know what's going on.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that a urine pregnancy pregnancy test can confirm. Pregnancy along with a BHCG test and a transvaginal sonography can also confirm pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
