Hi,

Minor fluctuations in the onset of menstrual period can be seen frequently. Usually menstrual cycles with the length of 21 to 35 days can be considered as normal only. As there was usage of contraceptive measure the possibility of pregnancy is comparatively less. Abdominal cramps and pelvic pain can be seen during the premenstrual period also.

As there is some failure rate for the barrier contraceptives like condoms if you want to be sure, please let her go for a blood test for pregnancy. If serum beta HCG levels in blood test give less than 5 mIU/mL it excludes the possibility of pregnancy and she may get her periods soon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
