How To Confirm What A Stable Spot In The Lung Is?

Hi, I m 22 y/o and I am applying as an intern in other country, however my x-ray shows a stable spot in my upper left lung since last year. I had a primary complex when I was an elementary student and it was treated. I consulted so many doctors but they have different opinions. One pulmonologist said it s a scar. Other said it s PTB. I had sputum test, it s negative. I don t have any symptoms. The affiliated doctor of the clinic, which is affiliated to our company suggests me to take treatment but I m afraid, what if I don t have PTB and then I took medicine. I guess it s hazardous to my health. Please advice me. Thank you.

What you can do is the best is to get a bronchoscopy done and a transbronchial biopsy to confirm or rule out tuberculosis.
I agree that it does not seem to be an active tuberculosis if you arent suffering from any symptoms however you can also take emperical treatment with AKT for 6 months.
Emperical treatment wont harm much except for the drug side effeccts that you would have to tolerate even wiothout any tuberculosis.
