How To Conform Pregnancy?

Sir we got sex one. Month back without precaution but i ejaculate out side. Now her periods are almost 2months delayed and we do home kit test where we got one dark and one light indication line .is this confirmed pregnant?? If yes than Now what are the chances to abort because we are not ready to have baby now. Please help us

thanks.. Appearace of 2 lines indicates prenancy. to confirm beta hCG blood test can be done, if greater than 10 indicates pregnancy. A cofirmatory USG shows the gestational age of the fetus. Gestational age7weeks might require D and C.
