How To Control BP?

Hi my bp is 96/ 55.... I feel depress most of the time how can I get rid of depression with out medication . I feel loss of energy when I am depress pls help me...when I am depress I loss temper easily .I want to control my anger and depression my age is 28

Your blood pressure is ok,no need to worry ,take lots of fluids,it helps in improving your mental status also,once get ur blood checked for anemia,any electrolyte disturbance and thyroid disorder,above all please do regular physical exercise and yoga and even meditations,and one important thing observe whether your depression is just before your menstrual periods,if it is,u r having premenstrual syndrome,
