How To Control Bad Behavior Of A Child In School?

Hi , I am father of 12 year old boy. Recently he has been sited for bad behaviour including , using foul languages, making fun of teachers , being destructive in school etc. He is an intelligent kid as he has amazing reasoning skill. He is talented in basketball, music etc. He is bit overgrown for his age and he is this to get attention and advantage in school by bullying and forming gang. We are very worried and we want to put a stop to this soon. Can you please tell us if your organization can help.
