Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Diabetes should be under control otherwise you will have short and long term complications. I will give you advice how to control blood sugar levels.

1.I think at night time you can start long acting preparations for insulin which will control blood sugar levels for 24 hrs without causing low glucose levels.

2.You hahaven't mentioned that your diabetes is insulin dependent or not but still some medicines are beneficial in both. E. g. Tab. Voglibose just before lunch or dinner. Kindly ask your doctor regarding this option.

3.Third option is insulin pump which will automatically deliver insulin according to blood sugar levels. Tell your doctor to provide more information about this.

4. Your weight is also high. So, regular daily brisk walking for 40 minutes and strict diet control are very important.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
