Dear Man, Relax, This is the normal to have sexual urge.Masturbation in moderation is harmless.I dont know your age,We would suggest to go for wedding or mutual agreed relationship with girl friend.Incest feelings towards your sister is not acceptable.Human can overcome instincts by self control dont heed to animal instincts.
