Nephrologist 's  Response
Hi,
Since you have not mentioned the exact reports.
I wud advise you to have eGFR measured by your doctor based on your reports or convey the reports to me.
You should restrict salt intake to 4gms,restrict protein intake to no extra, avoid having alcohol, tobacco, pain killers, other nephrotoxic drugs.
Rest of the treatment can be advised once all the reports are available
I find this answer helpful
