Respected sir, i m reporting hair loss and thinning problem since i have shifted to colder region country. And the hair loss i think is more on the fore head and less on the temporal and occipital side. Please say me some suggestion or product to recover from these.
You seem to suffer from androgenetic alopecia, wherein the frontal scalp and crown are affected with hair thinning.
It is gradual in onset and usually there is a positive family history.
Treatment is by topical minoxidil 5% solution, to be applied twice daily. Minoxidil is US FDA approved for androgenetic alopecia.
Oral antiandrogen e.g finasteride is also approved for this type of hair loss and prevents further thinning and miniaturization of hair.
Treatment is long term and results are usually appreciable in 3-6 moths of regular use of minoxidil and finasteride.
PRP (platelet rich plasma) is anothermethod to stimulate the growth of hair follicles in androgenetic alopecia, In PRP, an autologous concentration of human platelets in a small volume of plasma is obtained from the patient's own blood after processing in an automated centrifuge and it is injected subcutaneously into the area of alopecia.
Hope this helps Regards
