Your blood pressure values are above the normal ranges too, but they don t seem to be the cause of your symptoms. I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a sinus X ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes).
