How To Control High Blood Sugar Level?

Hi,doctor my mother is suffering from blood sugar, recently her (PP)422&(F)301,She is completely in diet,used (semi Glynnis,Optisulin,T.Stator) medicines prescribe by a doctor. please tell how my mother control her sugar & why it s level so high.My mother s age-45,height-4 11,weight-48,BP-80,130. Her sugar is last for 5 years.she also suffering from spondalysis & for it she use vertin8.

Hello,
Considering her very high blood sugar levels,it clearly indicates that oral anti diabetic medications seem to have lost their efficacy.The best would be to start injectable insulin as that would give a proper control of blood sugar levels.
in normal course of diabetes,one gradually looses mass of functioning beta cells of pancreas and this results in gradual worsening of blood sugar levels.
You are advised to consult either a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist for proper management.
Along with medications,proper diet control and regular aerobic exercises should also be done.
