How To Control High Blood Sugar Level?

Hi im 30yrs male weighing 100kg im detected of diabetes 2 years back...i was under medication and it was under control. I found few days bck that my sugar level hv risen to 240 ( pp ) n 140 fasting. I drink once a week. Actually I had stopped taking Diamcron XR 60 before breakfast. I take Janumet 50/1000 twice daily. I hav started gyming now & daily medication.please suggest what else can I do.im worried. Should I stop taking Glucon d.

Hello,
You must stop using glucon d as it just pure sugar and nothing else.
Observe proper dietary control and keep doing regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Shed your weight and try to be in your required range of BMI.
You may add diamicron or VOGLIBOSE in your treament schedule.
Talk to your doctor regarding this.
keep a check on your amount of alcohol.
It is advisable not to take more than 60 ml at a time.
