BLOOD SUGAR IS NORMAL. HIGH CHOLESTEROL. ECG IS NORMAL. MEDICINE FIBRATOR IS TAKING ONE TAB. PER DAY AS PER DOCTOR S ADVICE. WALKING 30 MINUTES ER DAY FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS AND WILL CONTINUE. QUIT SMOKING. NOT TAKING RED MEAT OR EGG AND SPICY FOOD. ANYTHING MORE TO ADVICE.

All the instructions are your are following are proper for reduction of cholesterol.
Only thing is try to follow all the changes you are following continuously, generally patients start doing these and stop in between. Make it a lifestyle and continue.

Avoid alcohol also. Reduce sugar and salt intake to prevent further complications. Take high fibre diet.
