According to history, radiculopathy especially nerve root compression, if present should be ruled out. Your physical examination and neurological examination has to be done for that and then if needed x-ray or CT scan be planned.
For urinary incontinence, urine routine microscopic examination, USG pelvis scan and uro-dynamic study should be done.
If after examination prostate cause suspected, then PSA study should be done.
According to cause, specific treatment can be given. Consult urologist or physician for examination and accordingly further work up plan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
