Hello,

For controlling libido you should have to control your mind first from sexually active all time. I had gone through your query and would like to advise you that you should try to divert your mind to some activity which you like and avoid sexual activity with others that could be helpful to you.

Other reason could be that as you described that you live alone without your partner so that its natural that when you cant get satisfaction sexually then you will attract towards others. So that you should meet your partner as per your need. That could be helpful.

Also, you should have to meet satisfaction while having intercourse with your partner that could even help you. For that, I would like to advise you that go for foreplay and oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre-cum, and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Even your sex desire will increase because of that and for more you may have to use the different position of sex. It may give you more satisfaction and even more excitement and total pleasure than normal intercourse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
