i have a problem of night falling from 2 to 3 years and presently it occurs 4 to 5 times in a week. please guide me, in what way i can control this think .because du to this problem i am continuing falling my waight .and anergy day by day .pls provide suggestion to me..

Night emission is common at the age of adolescence and nothing abnormal in it and that can not be a reason for loosing weight.It may be due to anxiety .
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and improve your health . 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
The problem of night emission will get resolved of its own over a period of time.
