brief answer
take fresh fruits, good breakfast and little dinner

Detailed answer
looking at you history of weight gain and medication (prozac), i would advise you few dietary modification
1. avoid fatty and junk food like pizza, burger and fried items
2. have plenty of fluids in form of juices, soups and lukewarm water very frequently ( 5-6 liters a day)
3. do some exercises as much your body allows.
4. frequent and small meals or snacks
5. try to avoid sweets and sugar
get your thyroid profile tested.

hope this helps , feel free to ask for more details or further follow up
