Hello,

The motions seem in relation with intestine infection of some sort. Primary guidelines at present
- Drink more liquids and maintain hydration with oral rehydration salt.
- Diet measures to prefer a soft, bland diet.
- Natural probiotics in form of fresh yogurt help.
- If beyond two days, frequency does not taper down, we recommend antibiotics. So far as 7.5 Hb is concerned, it is not normal; must be corrected once the diarrhea is controlled.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
