How To Control The Severe Headache?

Dr. i am 32 years old .5-4 70 kg.i am suffering from severe headache in the left side and left back side, often. is has direct relation to my stomach (i think). usually it starts before sun rise and last for the hole day. no normal painkiller work. when any air released from my belly , its intensity decreases for a minute. i am public prosecutor and unable to perform my duties vigilantly. please help me out of this severe pain.

Hello,

It can be gastric headache. The major reason for gastric headache is probably indigestion. Due to this, gaseous elements may build up in stomach that may prompt headache later on. The intensity of such headaches can go a notch higher especially when there is a rise in carbon dioxide inside your body. Headache due to acidity - Home remedies to cure headache due to acidity:
- Eucalyptus oil - massage with eucalyptus oil will help to relax your muscles strain, take a few drops of eucalyptus oil and rub it on your forehead and leave it for 15-20 mins.
- Lemon - lemon will help you to unwind and relax. add juice of one large lemon to lukewarm water , mix well and drink it. this will reduce the headache caused by gas in stomach.
- Basil leaves - basil leaves will not only relieve your headache, it is also a great remedy for acidity. eat 8-12 leaves for quick relieve.
- Cinnamon - another effective treatment for headache, take cinnamon power and mix few drops of water and mix to make the paste, apply the paste on forehead for 30 mins and wash it with normal water, you will get relief from headache.
- Take tab pantaprazol for gastritis after prescription and take tab paracetamol or take tab napraxon after prescription for immediate relief.
- Avoid oily, fried and heavy meal.
- Take plenty of fluids.
- Do yoga and exercise.
