i have been eating 300-400 calories a day for the last 3 month and lost a lot of weight i stopped the diet now and for the last week ive been eating 1200 calories a day or 1000 will i gain weight? what is a solution not to gain weight and how many calories should i eat a day not to gain any weight after my diet iam 15 years old 179cm
You still did not mention your weight...& not eating n eating too less is not overall solution n that would be harmful for your body n health...generally adult need 2300-3500 k.cal/ day according to their life style ..if you loss wieght n wieght control than first you should try diet modifocation n lifestyle modification n do some exercises also...
