How To Control Weight While On Medication For Psoriatic Arthritis And Fibromyalgia?
I've been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I taking Remicade (2 years), Prednisone (2.5 years), Methotrexate (2.5 years), Diclofenac/Misoprostol (1 year) and Gabapentin (2 months) for treatment. Is there a way to lose/control my weight while on these medications?

I had gone through the case and found that due to use of steroid your weight is increasing
Normally this is due to water retention.
So do exercise and restricted diet with water help to reduce the weight.
