How To Correct Ruptured Blood Vessel In Eye?

Hello! Last year it seemed as though a blood vessel in my eye had ruptured. it has stayed red( a line from the corner to my pupil ) and heightens when I am tired. It does not hurt but many people tell me I need to see a doctor about this. Should I be concerned?

Hi
Common causes of such rupture of conjunctival blood vessels are injury or transient high blood pressure.
If there is no history of trauma, monitoring of BP is desired.
Regarding treatment, no worry, it will resolve gradually spontaneously in a fortnight or so.

Precautions - no rubbing and no hot compress.
