How To Cough Out The Struck Food In Throat?

I have a sunflower seed stuck in throat. I went to a doctor and got it checked and she said she didn t see anything, but I m pretty sure she didn t go down the right tube. Everytine I swallow it goes up then slowly goes back down. Im really scared because during research, it s dangerous if It were to go down and might cause a problem, since it s the wrong pipe. What should I do to try and get it out since coughing isn t working ?
