How To Cure Dischiasis Or Trichiasis In Eyes?

I'm only 18 and may have distchiasis or trichiasis, my eyes feel really tickly and gritty. I sit alright to pluck a few of my bottom eyelashes out with tweezers or should I leave it? I'm so scared that these eyelashes on my bottom lid will damage my eyes!

Hi !
If such case comes in my practice, I will epilate the wrongly positioned eye lases i.e. tweeze out the eyelashes at fault.
you can get it done by any of your family member with a steady hand.
leaving such eyelashes may cause corneal erosion, which is not good.
Only lubricating drops are not the proper answer.
Removal of these faulty eyelashes may need repeat procedure at fortnightly or monthly interval.
After some time they stop growing.
Alternatively few eye oculoplastic surgeons also prefer to remove such faulty eyelashes by electro-hydolysis, a minor procedure.
