I am from Bangalore east. I am tested with "H.Pylori" positive 4 months ago. As I was taking Ayurvedic medicines, I could not able to change the medicines. Now, after 8 months also still my acidity reamins..what is the better treatment for my problem.
Please help me..
** 1. If problem/symptoms of acidity is/are still there you must visit a Gastroenterologist who after careful examination, assessment might opt for antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors.
2. In the mean time: . Regular moderate meals,take easily digestible foods, vegetables and fruits contain fibre in plenty and should be taken in plenty . plenty of fluids [hydration] . bland and soft diet, more of milk . avoid hot drinks and spicy food . take small, non-bulky meals more frequently . eat slowly and chew well
H Pylori would cause erosive changes in the gut wall.Acidity may be due to different reasons.Your life style.Your stress.your diet plays an important role.Modify,add a bit of active exercise to ur daily regimen.For therapy you have to be more specific about time, duration,associated symptoms ,
