How To Cure Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

I have changed pills to cilest and have got IBS and lately have found I am being sick every time I drink alcohol. Even if I drink very little, like one single I am sick. A while ago I had shots and was severely sick and it's been since this incident. Have I damaged my stomach? Or could it be the IBS or pill?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Irritable bowel syndrome is necessarily due to function bowel disease or irritable that is IBS hence all the investigations should be normal.
This can be enhanced due to many a problems including certain foods and beverages that do not suit on individual to individual basis.
Hence alcohol is causing you more problems means that is not suiting your intestine and hence must not be consumed at all.
Shots too will have the similar effects as these affect the intestines directly.
Cilest being hormonal pill also can cause effects on intestines.
Hence consult your gynecologist and let us see if this works or not.
