How To Cure Premature Ejaculation?

Dear Dr. Iam 40year old man, now in UAE stay with family. I am facing problem by Seegra Skalanam(Premature Ejaculation), bet ween15 to 20 seconds after entering. Some time it happen before entering also. From two year I am facing this problem. Before that the time was better. This problem can cure permenently ?? Pls give me your advice. And also if you can, pls give me the medicine details which I can use safly. Last 3 month before also I done helth check-up, no- colestrol or no-suger. Wait for your reply. By Samsu.
