Hi I am just wondering if you can help me with this problem I have. On 4 July I was kayaking on the activity day, when I capsize I had to get out the lake, so as I went to get out I bang my leg really hard as the canoe knock my leg aswell on this wooden platform. When I got out in the end I couldn t even walk or stand up straight away front of leg had a lump an bruise it show up within minutes an dot was very painful. So I ice front of my leg (shin) for few days I can walk better, bruise and the lump has disappear BUT it was so sore to touch where the pain was on the shin. Now I don t have any pain unless you touch the bone on my leg and I get intense pain when I play footbl or do sports for a hour! It this just a bruise or not?
