How To Cure A Knot On A Vein Around Buttock Region?

I have a vein with a knot in it, which seems like it go along my butt crack and reaches to the base of my ball sack and the knot in it is very irratating and creates issues when wearing jeans or other tight fitting clothing. It did swell up large enough a busted awhile back and I was able to use pressure and get some puss stuff out of it. What should I do to get rid of it?

Hi,

According to your history, vein with a knot between buttocks could be intertrigo.

It usually occurs in skinfold areas and the problem will be exaggerated by wearing tight clothes. Main cause is diabetes and overweight. So first exclude the diabetes.

In high humidity environment causes moist at skin fold areas and irritates the skin fold to rubbing each other and leads to this condition.

I am sure, it is not a serious one. Personal hygiene and keep dryness that area by dusting with antifungal powder will combat this condition. Tab Fluconazole. Mometasone and Terbinafine cream application will give full remission.
