I have chair I malformation surgery and also detect hearing of my lumbar spine for syringomyelia... It s been about 4 years since my surgeries.... I just had my follow up Maris done and it says I have a large arachnoid cyst.... This wasn t there on last years Mris ........

Treatment for large arachnoid cyst is surgery if it is causing symptoms.
In surgery laminectomy and complete excision will be done.
